If you have questions regarding a particular hotel or location email us and we'll do our best to answer them. We've blocked rooms at a couple of nearby hotels. The reservations are for the nights of Friday, 7 November, and Saturday, 8 November, though if you stay extra days before or after, you'll get the same rate, we're told. In order to get these rooms, you must book by October 6. If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance. The reservations are in the group name of GOLDBERG/HANNA. We've got a slightly cheaper hotel (smaller, with a limited number of rooms) a little to the west of the Great Hall, and a slightly more expensive one a little to the east of the Great Hall, in the middle of downtown Toronto. To the west, we've got 12 rooms at the Days Inn at 14 Roncesvalles. $89/night for 1 king bed, $119/night for 2 doubles. If you need a confirmation number, it's 51239341. Hostel Global Village Backpackers - Toronto is located at King St. and Spadina Ave. This is easily accessible from the reception site by public transportation, or a short cab ride (maybe about $10?). They offer dorm-style rooms ($25 - 27 per person) and private rooms with a double bed ($60). Bathrooms are shared. Parking in nearby lots is about $15 - $20 a day.
